SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Haus of Portia. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a further notification when your order has been dispatched.

2. Third-Party Fulfilment

Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (including CJ Dropshipping). This means your order is shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. As a result, delivery times may be longer than standard local shipping, and items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in South Africa and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

  • South Africa: 10–20 business days
  • International: 15–30 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier disruptions beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

7. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Haus of Portia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
