Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry and accessories
Intimate or personal care items
Sale or discounted items
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hausofportia@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

As our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, return timelines may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.
